All glass is hand-cut and each piece requires multiple firings in the kiln to achieve the final shape, form and high gloss finish. Total kiln time for this piece was approximately 44 hours. Beautiful ruby red bowl
Made to resemble sea coral. Beautiful red color. Sturdy enough, but will not take rough handling. It is art after all . [g]Decide if the measurement is too small as some commenters have said. I thought it was a good size. Most people do not have space to accommodate large decorative art nor store it. So I think this is better. We gave it as a 40th anniversary gift and the recipients loved it. We thank the artist.
