Replay Collection 3-Light Etched Glass Modern Bath Vanity Light Textured Black

First of all I received it with a cracked globe. But we desperately need a light so I’ll deal with it for now. Secondly take the instructions chuck them in the trash and follow these steps.1 before applying the plate take the long screws (provided) with washers, and position them on the bracket. They will need to go in the holes closest together on each side. Leave about 1” presses through then apply washers to lock in place.2 get your handy pliers out and bend the bracket slightly so the holes will lineup if you do not your holes will not lineup and the bracket will not fit.3 now find yourself two screws (not provided) and mount the flat part of the swivel plate in the light box.4 now wire it up. If you’ve gotten this far I shouldn’t have to tell you how to wire it.5 Now position the fixture so the holes lineup with the screws extruding from the light plate. Tighten it down with the decorative black nuts.6 remove the ceramic flanges (and spacer). Add globes tighten with ceramic flanges. Insert bulbs.7 use a level to straighten it up. Since it’s on a swivel plate it will never actually be stationary. But that’s fine because we’re not gonna touch it that often.Overall the light looks good, very modern, adequate lighting, perfect with our bathroom, and at a much cheaper price than a big box store. fixture materials are good quality but the installation hardware is questionable at best.

This is one of the most poor products I've ever encountered in a lighting fixture. Progress Lighting literally does not include the two critical mounting screws (that mount their bracket to the j-box) in their packaging. See the photo of the installation sheet that claims they do not furnish the critical mounting screws (item "B").So you supposedly either have to magically have these screws readily available at your home or have to go out to hardware store and source them. An $80 light fixture and they can't supply a $0.01 screw. Hilariously pathetic.So I went and sourced the two mounting screws... came back to install it and the mounting bracket is defective. The "cross" pieces spin freely which means once you mount the bracket to the j-box and secure it in place, the part of the bracket you mount the fixture to spins freely... so your vanity light will spin like a wheel. Just absolutely pathetic hardware (and lack thereof).So I called Progress Lighting technical support. It's literally one woman for the entire company. I left a voice mail for her two days ago. Never heard back. I called back today and left another voice mail. Doubt I'll hear back from her. So I spoke to someone in customer service and they say "she returns calls in the order in which she receives them." I asked how back logged is she and received no answer.So at this point Progress Lighting intentionally does not supply critical mounting screws, sends defective mounting brackets and has a technical support person who does not return voice mails.Probably the worst trifecta I've ever encountered in the hundreds of light fixtures I've installed.

This light fixture is absolutely perfect for our bathroom. We have had it a few weeks now and I cant find anything I don’t like about it! The price was what initially drew me to it, I looked everywhere for a black light fixture that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’m so happy I had to right a review and attach a picture!

The instructions make absolutely zero sense. Doesn’t say which way the bracket goes. The drawing they use doesn’t say where the wall is vs the fixture, so you have to guess how to install it. Never been more disappointed in anything I’ve ever bought on Amazon.

My package was missing bolts that were extremely hard to find. My contractor had to delay installation because of the missing parts which was such a hassle. It’s really nice now that it’s put together but was pretty disappointed about the missing piece.

Absolutely love this light but we had the hardest time installing it. Some of the wires inside were wrapped incorrectly which left exposed wire where it should be and the grounding wire placement was not ideal with the wrapping issue. We ended up having to return it as it wouldn't fit on the wall without shorting out - and the last thing anyone wants is an electrical fire. We went and purchased another light and installed it with zero issues. I think there are some major interior design flaws with this lamp.

Nice looking light. The install was easy... until you try to slip the sconce on to the box and tighten it. They only provide super long bolts which will not work for anyone. Luckily I've got a big assortment set of random bolts so it was no problem, just had to try a bunch until I got the right length. You're going to need to go to the hardware store.

So worth the money, it’s such a gorgeous addition to my bathrooms... however, the directions are absolutely dismal. I am very handy and know my way around light installs... but this was a challenge for me. I ended up changing the screws out for smaller ones to fasten it to the metal bracket attached to the wall.Beautiful product, horrible instructions

Very good quality for price however install was a nightmare. Instructions not clear and the bracket isn’t properly aligned.

Super hard to install, instructions made no sense and the screws were way to long. It took a really long time to get up, but it does look really nice and functions well. Just could use better instructions and appropriately sized screws.

Taking a star off because it had a few scuffs on the front of the light but it was easy to touch up since it's black. Overall, it looks really nice and has a good build.

Might as well not send instructions as they are a** backwards. This was extremely difficult to install. The glass parts don’t sit straight. Not happy but because we invested so much time time we’re just going to deal with it. Won’t recommend.

These look great in my new basement bathroom.
