Helped with my Achilles heel.
These really helped with my Achilles heal. Can’t wear them in all shoes as need a good side on the shoes. They are great in boots :)

Noticeable relief for heel pain
Having dealt with persistent heel pain for a good while, I decided to give these adjustable heel pads a go. The gradual increase in height with each layer has been key to finding the perfect level of support for my aching heels. I've been wearing them for about a week now, and the difference is noticeable – my heels feel less strained, and I'm walking with more ease. The adhesive is strong, and the pads stay put even during long days on my feet. I'm particularly fond of their slim profile; they don't make my shoes feel bulky or tight.

I cannot review these because I bought them in error.
They are not designed for the shoes I bought them for (entirely my fault). However, I will save them for future use as they are beautifully made and I can see that in the right shoes they will be brilliant .

Well Made
I recently found out I have insertional tendonitis in my left heel. I am ok when just standing or walking but if I bend down even slightly with my heel on the floor its is very painful indeed. In fact it is becoming nearly automatic that when I bend down I am lifting my heel off the floor. At work or when im busy I sometimes get caught out and bend down quickly resulting in agony. These heel lifts are my saviour I started with the .75 inch which work great but recently I completely forgot about my heel pain and went for a full bend down and twenty mins of agony commenced.I now have the full 1 inch in both my work boots and they save me every time I forget and I reach for something on the ground. They are well made and because they are in a boot they don't move at all. Of course your foot is higher in the boot but that just means altering the lacing or just not lacing as tightly as you normally would.Im not sure how they would be in a shoe at a full inch though but I am about to purchase some more for my non work shoes so I will soon find out.

As described, great idea and good price
Purchased to fit in boots of a tiptoe walker to try and help with stability and relieve pressure of balls of feet. Early days really as long time toe walker and very sensory. They do seem to work though, definitely go in boot and stay secure. Can’t comment of how they handle hot feet yet as not been used long enough. Certainly worth a try for the price.

An Absolute Game Changer
Bukihome Orthopedic Shoe Lift provides incredible versatility. It comes in a variety of lengths that are approximately 5mm thick. This makes them perfect for stacking (the heel area is particularly elevated) or layering (using different lengths to create a graduated elevation from heel to arch). The rubber-like material they are made from is soft and flexible, so they can be inserted directly into footwear without the need to lift the insole and when walking they flex with your foot for smoother movement.I have an uneven gait and layered 2 to get closest to my required adjustment. I use them in heels and trainers, but especially in my walking shoes walking up to 6 miles daily! The adhesive has held firm and there has been no slipping or movement. The only criticism would be that the lifts are all the same thickness restricting the adaptability to different heights overall. Mine are out by a couple of millimetres but I still prefer them to the ones supplied by the NHS and haven't taken them out since! My hips and knees are sufficiently aligned so I am pain-free. There no going back for me!

Possible to get a number of different heel raises out of just one purchase
I’ve suffered from intermittent Achilles pain over the years and have gotten used to having a heel raise in every single shoe including running shoes, that I wear, other than heels. They’re probably a little too soft for my sports use. Contrary to popular belief when jumping and landing you need a reasonably hard surface to provide proprioceptive feedback. They would probably be ok for my straight line running though. These are great because they allow the variation of heel height which can be needed depending upon how painful my Achilles are. They are really comfortable and easy to use. The tape that they come with is useful if you want to choose the best heel height for you and then stick them together. If I were using in my running shoes I would use the tape as the repeated impact on the shoes of running or jumping would likely result in shifting of the different layers, but I’ve just been using these in standard shoes so haven’t used the tape.Because they come with such a range of wedges it’s actually easy to use them in a number of shoes at the same time, as long as you don’t need a huge wedge. So, if you only need 2 wedges you could stick two pieces together and have 4 heel raises of the correct height for use in various shoes. As a note, altering the heel height of your step can have quite a significant impact on other areas of your body, including knees, hips, back, shoulder so don’t go too big straight away. Better to have a gradual incremental increase.

Great idea.
I use these to help me compensate for toe drag/foot drop, so I only use them in one shoe. I started with 1/4" and added another 1/4" after a couple of weeks. I'm not recommending you do this without consulting a medical specialist, as everyone's situation is different. The fit is good. The comfort level is decent, but does take some getting used to.

Pros & cons
These look nice on shoes where you cannot insert the lift under the foot bed. They are not cushioned at all and can be hard to stick to shoes that have a dip in the heel area. That being said, they have worked very well for a nicer pair of sandals that I have.

They work!
A bit thicker than some adjustable heel lifts, which is apparently what I needed for my Achilles tendonitis. The lifts fit very well under the insole in my New Balance shoes, giving me the lift I need.
