This item was supplied to me free of charge through Amazon’s Vine program; however this in no way influences my review, all items I request are products that I have a use for or will use and the reviews i then submit are intended to be both impartial and informative for potential purchasers.Currently trying to sort out being able to have my phone above the screen on our Tesla but this one didnt do what we wanted to do and we are trying a couple of phone mounts to get what we need this doesnt work in a specific way we were trying which is not the fault of the mount.Using it as it is designed, this does work as it normally should, we are able to mount it on the dashboard and stays in place with no issues but we have a specific reason for what we are trying to do and this cant do it but 5 stars it gets as it does do what its designed for.

This phone holder has a good sized suction cup that, following the instructions, adhered well to my dashboard. My phone fits snugly inside the cradle and it feels very secure. The holder looks and feels strong and solid. There is a telescopic arm for positioning of the holder in a way that is comfortable and convenient to use. I think it is good value and am happy to recommend it.

Best car phone holder I have had! Easy to adjust to get the phone just where you need it. Comes with wipes to get the surface you are sticking it to very clean. Adjusts to most size phones. Has a separate support that takes the weight of the support arm to stop vibration, and also to hold the cable out of the way.Good product.

Holds my phone very firmly. Has found great use in the kitchen to hold my phone while I cook. The sticky adhesive on the cup makes it stay very stuck, but admittedly once it's on it's permanent as a result

Well made with a good fitting kit, works well. Comes in a decent box too, so would make a decent gift for anyone who needs one.

This is an excellent phone holder.Sticks well and can be put on glass. The telescopic arm makes it easy to position as you want, so there is no need to block visibility.Holds phone well. Good item.

The media could not be loaded.  Review of HTU Military-Grade Stable Suction】CellPhone Holder for Car,OK – so I have no idea what “military-grade” is meant to mean here, but I’ll review it as a phone holder for your car, not your armoured vehicle if that’s OK.Weirdly, I ended up with two near identical phone holders to review at the same time – so this is an almost identical review! The only difference was the ‘phone holder part, but the arm and suction cup etc were identical. Even the instructions had the same story by an “engineer” who said they had been inspired by a traffic accident to design a better ‘phone holder.So you’ll probably find these available under different brands. The two I got are currently priced the same, so you could base a decision on how much you like the look of the part which grips the ‘phone.The actual holder which grips the ‘phone is adequate, but lightweight and plasticky. This one possibly looks a touch better than the other I tried, but it lacks the rubber back of the other one so gripping the phone is not quite as good.The arm has a “standard” ball on the end. I have another brand of magnetic holder in my car and the magnetic holder part can be swapped on to this arm easily. I’m going to give that a try as I think this arm and suction cup is probably better as it seems like the telescopic arm will rattle less.This holder (HTU – which stands for Hold The Uniqueness – ironic given I have another identical one next to it – not that unique 😊) has a holder which opens to about 10.5cm and is supported vertically to about 10.5cm.I’ve included a video which shows assembling the holder and the range of motion. What I forgot to include in that is that the arm can rotate on the base as well (It locks in place when you push the suction cup catch down).The range of motion on the arm is excellent. Once it’s all tightened up it is pretty solid with only a little play at full extension with a phone in the holder. That’s better than my existing arm which can rattle a bit unless the bottom of the phone rests on something.The build is mainly plastic. The telescopic arm is either metal or has a metal outer sheath. The suction cup clip has a metal mechanism inside. The screw on the side of the mount which holds the arm is metal (although a rather weedy looking diameter).The suction cup itself is somewhat bigger than my current one (it’s almost 3” across rather than 2.5” as many are). They make a point of this as being an upgrade to improve its hold.My current mount’s sticky gel pad has yellowed and become very difficult to detach if moving between cars. I’ve had to smooth it out a few times. On this one they claim it’s a different type of gel which doesn’t melt and yellow. Perhaps, but I can’t confirm given the short time I’ve been using it.The mount comes with a little stabiliser thingy. That’s meant to be stuck on your dash to support the arm if you find it’s not stable enough. It also has a place to hold a charging cable when not plugged into the phone. A nice idea, but in practice it will often be the case that there is nowhere suitable to place it.Overall it’s a very versatile ‘phone holder. The arm and suction cup are the best bit as this offers an excellent range of motion with the less common bonus of rotation at the cup itself. It should be possible to get a good position for your phone in a wider range of cars. It seems great value at current pricing to me also.
