Looks exactly like what I needed. Too bad I don't have screws to install it. The old one is riveted in place with plastic rivets. You have to drill them out and use some screws to secure the replacement fan. I didn't have any I could use. Too bad the new one didn't come with any, or if it did, I must have overlooked it. It definitely came well packaged, I'll give it them. Hopefully I'll get it installed soon and fix my squeaky old one.
