Its beautifully illustrated and very informative. Im still learning and this gives me a deep understanding of each card and offers examples.

I absolutely love this book. As an artist, an academics student, a musician and painter and an oracle card and intuitive card reader I feelthis resonates with me so much. Every one of us faces confidence and self doubt, mental fatigue and exhaustion, creativity blocks. Every single one person does and I think artists do quite frequently, no matter how "strong "and confident we appear on the outside. It's impossible to never fall down in anything we do. It's just part of life. But how we GET up after is what is the most important. It is how we grow as a person. When you have help to get up and cannot wait to experience wonders and mysteries of life AGAIN is when magic happens. This is the point when you tapped into your own power, a new perspective and wisdom. Using after you come across a wonderful tool such as this book, you start to tap into your power, because you are reminded of what is already within you.You empower yourself and community around you. This is worth all of devine treasures.

This book is amazing. It helps the reader better understand and define what tarot is by diving into the history of tarot, what tarot is and is not (from the authors perspective of course) and how to utilize tarot to change you as a person. It offers visual examples of card spreads, which each card means, and offers ways to shuffle. You don’t even have to actually read the book all the way through to understand. After reading about 30 pages I started shuffling and I was able to get clear messages from my cards through using the book and connecting dots in my life, and that was on the very first day it was delivered. This book was a lot of fun and I’m really glad I bought it. I can’t wait to finish it honestly.

I absolutely love this book. As a true beginner to tarot, and someone who has a passion for writing, this book is amazing. Equally thorough and informational, there isn’t an imbalance of information. Each step to the tarot is said plainly with easy how-tos. Another thing I love is how LGBT+ friendly it is. In the examples, it’s not just a man or a woman. There are LGBT couples, Larry who has they/them pronouns, and it’s just so heartwarming to read someone put such dedication and care of LGBT people into something that isn’t trying to make a statement. This is just an ordinary book on the tarot, and yet there is so much in this that gives you an insight into the author. This is trustworthy and majorly helpful. Highly recommend.

Alright, so I bet you're thinking "there are tons of reviews, but no verified purchases" that was my thought too. So I bit the bullet and bought the book. I'm totally new to Tarot, and this book seems like a decent one, easy to read, easy to understand. I feel like it'll take time to learn regardless, so this book will be a great start / reference book. It's cheap enough and the quality is nice that it should last for years. Lots of pictures, organized chapters.

I have this book and have used it to learn the Tarot. Full disclosure: the author has been my writing coach for a couple of years, and I bought this book to have access to her voice and insight when she's not available to help me with my writing in-person. Meg taught me to use Tarot in plotting out the narrative arc of my book. She was going for an overall beginner's picture of Tarot reading here, but she has sprinkled in the same insights she teachers writers and artists and creatives in order to keep us moving on our creative projects. I love it, and I think you will too.

The media could not be loaded. The book is great, but whoever printed this is really inconsistent. I’m not sure if Amazon prints this one but they might need to check their printer. Most of the pages are very clearly printed but there is quite a lot of blurry print throughout the whole book and some hurts to read.
