This Works Sleep Plus Pillow Spray, Motion-Activated Sleep Mist, 100ml

My wife was struggling with broken sleep mainly due to perimenopause symptoms including hot flashes. I came across this product whilst searching for something that might help and it came recommended on quite a few sites. Since purchasing this her sleep pattern has got better, it hasn’t stopped the hot flashes totally or stopped her waking during the night but it has cut down the amount of times it happens and she has slept through the night on more occasions now. My wife likes the smell of it and says it does seem to help her relax and sleep better so was definitely worth the money.

Smells absolutely lovely - very relaxing, not unbearably floral like many sleep sprays I've tried! Decent sized bottle and was on offer at the time I bought it, so was great value then (not sure what the full price would be!) Definitely helps chill me out a bit when I go to bed, although I'm a terrible sleeper so it's no miracle cure for me. Did seem quite effective on my dog though, who also sleeps in my bed! 😂 Will definitely buy again ❤️

It actually DOES work! Very pleased

This product is soooooo good, I wasn’t sure about the cinnamon to begin with but it’s helped me sleep and stay asleep and calm every night since using it. It’s not over powering and thankfully doesn’t smell like alcohol like other leading brands so. It’s also a little more pricey than I’d normally pay, but honestly the fact it knocks me out, I’d give my left foot any day! The scent is also long lasting, I still smell it the next night. I would highly recommend this product.

Purchased as an add on for Xmas gift. My sister swears that it works. Value for money at the time Amozon reduced the price.

I have normly use Neal's Yard spray but thought I would try this after reading the great reviews. The first time I used it I was struck by how horrible the smell was! Like a musty mould odour. I couldn't sleep as I was so distracted by the foul odour until I got up and replaced the pillow. My wife and son tested it out next day and they both thought it was really unpleasant. Anyway I initiated a refund and chucked it away. I found another review where someone also said the spray smelt like mould so this is not so unusual.

It definitely relaxes me in bed when sprayed on my pillow. Highly recommend. Addictive smell. It is just like the smell of an expensive spa. I ordered other types and the smell was bad, more like a cleaning spray smell.

I’m in my 50’s and have recently begun to struggle with sleep. Falling asleep for me is easy - but staying asleep has proven to be somewhat challenging over the past year. Coupled with melatonin before bed, I fall asleep quickly AND stay sleeping ALL NIGHT LONG!! It’s absolutely amazing!!! I was a little nervous that I might not like the smell; I’ve purchased a couple of others that smell cheap and didn’t work for me at all. Was pleasantly surprised with the fragrance and actually quite like it. This sleep spray isn’t cheap — but it really works! My sleep quality is most important!! I plan to purchase this as gifts for a few others who have trouble sleeping. And I will always keep a bottle of This Works Sleep+ by my bedside!!
