I got this since we have a lot of vital irreplaceable documents. I do have a fireproof safe but thought this added safety feature brought more peace to mind. I added sheet protectors to the file to keep all of my documents individually contained and make it easier to organize the book. It does come with clear tabs that would allow you to make category labels but I found the sheet protectors easier to manage the organization better. The book has both a 3-ring binder as well as an accordion file on the one side giving you various options to keep things tidy. The book has plenty of space to hold a lot of documents without exceeding the thickness of the book. The zipper is of nice quality and opens and closes smoothly without snagging or catching. I recommend it to those out there trying to get more organized with your paperwork and other vitals.

This file suits my needs . Very nice. I do not like the notebook rings .

I find this a lifesaver. I'm in my late 60's and keeping track of important paperwork has always been a downfall of mine. The quality of the organizer is great. It is a perfect size for various important documents. It is easy to use, the zipper is well made and slides easily.

This is a great folder for storing various types of documents.In my case, I keep this in the RV with various stored documents, receipts, quotes, user manuals, etc, for the RV itself.It filled up pretty fast, is the case itself doesn't expand. But there are a lot of useful compartments in it and a carrying handle. This is great for people with ADHD too to keep things organized and in one place.

This item was requested to keep important documents/papers in one area in case of emergencies. It serves as an ideal Go-To in case of a crisis or emergency. The following Pros and Cons Review is as follows:Pros:Very versatile in that it has an accordion file with 12 slots that closes with a velcro closure so that your important documents and/or papers don't fall out. It has card slots (6) and mesh pockets for storage of USB flash drives or other. It has a 1 1/2 inch binder rings for notebook paper, notebooks, pocket protectors, etc but the positive thing about this is that the rings are not in the middle of the organizer but on the left hand side of the organizer which allow for maximum storage and space.The material is durable, not flimsy, and waterproof. Water just slides off the material which I found very beneficial. The front of the organizer has another zippered pocket. The zippers are wide and the zipper tabs are nice and wide for a firm zipping grip.The organizer even has room for a 12 inch laptop, iPad, or other. To conclude this pros list, the organizer has handles for easy transport.Cons: I don't find anything wrong or negative to say about this item. Some ideas to improve this binder organizer is to add a separate accordion file for cards or plastic inserts for more than just 6 cards. If one is thinking of using this for business purposes, one comes across contacts or businesses where business cards are handed out aplenty. If you look at it from the perspective of utilizing the organizer as a family emergency file folder and you have several children, you will need to include social security cards, passport/cards, Identification cards, business, bank cards, or other. I would recommend putting a notepad slot where the binder rings are as one is always reaching for paper to write on. Another concept that would make this an excellent organizer is to insert elastics at the four corners of the left hand side of the organizer to place a laptop or iPad or both. Lastly, add a detachable shoulder strap as this would free up your hands if need be. Utilizing as much of the inside space as possible provides a student, business person, or someone who will use this item to its fullest potential.

No better way to store your important documents than this. It's easy to grab and go in case of emergency but if it does happen to get caught in a fire it still protects the documents. Note I didn't see any of the three-hole-punch pages in mine - just the accordion file. Highly recommended.

This file folder is really your basic file folder with fire resistance.I did not through it on the grill or in a fireplace to test it though.It seems to be well made and has a good wheight to it. Tabs for the accordian organizer for alphabetizing.I did like the zippers on it, the black with white silver looks amazing.
