Owned it a few months and so far no issues. Build quality is good and sturdy, good value for the money, size holds a full size 9mm w light, red dot and comp, and compact 9mm w red dot and light. Easy to use, thumb scanner hasn’t failed me yet, inside light is a bit too low for any major function, comes w keys and backup usb C charger.

This hand safe is amazing It's easy to setup and works wonders especially for the price. I ordered the older model because I was a little short on funds but really needed a handsafe and I ended up receiving the new model which made me that much more excited about the safe.

Here's a short story about an excellent product, backed by a Company with the greatest Customer Care I've ever experienced through Amazon or anywhere else online.I first received my GlimStome safe almost a month ago and really like the style of it and how quick and easy it is to set up your password and fingerprints. About a week after setting it up, the cover started to get stuck, and I'd have to pry it open with my pocket knife after the lock released. I posted a video of the issue, and a review stating my displeasure with the problem, especially since I otherwise really like this safe!GlimStone responded to me fast! They let me know that they were very sorry I was dealing with this, that the issue was due to some sort of factory negligence, that they had already refunded me for my purchase, and they offered to send me a new safe for free!This was outstanding Customer Care! Thank you, Belle, btw! My new GlimStone safe arrived earlier than expected, and it pops up super fast with no issues at all. I love it! GlimStone, you guys are TOP NOTCH!! We bought two of these safes around Christmas and the one works great. Unfortunately the other one that I gave as a gift to my son opens up with anyone's fingerprint. He didn't start using it right away because he was waiting for his gun. Unfortunately I'm out of the warrant window by 2 weeks. This is dangerous since anyone can open the gun safe!

This safe has been great for securing my handguns. Setup was straightforward, and the fingerprint scanner works quickly most times. The LED light inside is handy, and I like being able to check the battery level on the LCD screen. It fits nicely in my nightstand and holds my pistol plus some extra magazines. For the price it's solid - definitely better quality than I expected.

The finger print operation was surprisingly easy to set up and very accurate. The combination set up was a little tricky since the directions don't mention you have to plug the numbers in twice but very fast before the lights go out. Once you understand that it works great.. good size box and well built for the money. I did not bother to set the time or date.. I do like the idea it has 2 keys just in-case of loss of power or and EMP strike. We should never completely rely on electronics. The cable is a small size but this is designed to keep the kids out, one could always mount this to the table top for more security. I recommend this for the money.. and for traveling also..

Safe looks fine. Entering a new code set the date and time in the system unfriendly. The batteries arrived empty.

This thing is awesome. It will definitely keep people out while being quick and easy to access when you most need it. It is quality made, durable and an excellent storage case. I love it.
