Great size and the fluffy is just right! I think it's a great value. I am 5'5" and can hug this while also using it to keep my legs apart optimally, right down to my ankles. It is exactly what I wanted! Recovering from hip replacement surgery and this helps me stay in the correct position while I sleep. It doesn't seem cooling but doesn't seem hot either. The length is just right and the thickness too. Seemed too wide at first but after using it a few days, I really love it! So far seems good quality, who cares about color when you can get cases galore? I'm not going to wash it till I have to so no comment there either. As far as pain relief, not sure it helped that, but it has helped with surgery recovery so overall has helped my pain.

I never had a body pillow that has been so comfortable! It feels cool uncomfortable to use. It’s very well made, and helps my lower back when I sleep because it gives me perfect support. The price is very reasonable and the pillow is holding up three months so far. I bought a 100% cotton case and it’s so easy to take the pillowcase off and put it back on because the body pillow holds shape just enough to squeeze into the pillowcase.

Very nice, soft, and comfy with the sizing accurate. Only problem is that it is 100 percent polyester but a simple cotton pillowcase can solve that. It came packaged very nicely!

Well worth the purchase. I used this pillow during my recovery of surgery on my rotator cuff tear on my right shoulder. It was soft, flexible and very comforting to place it just how I needed it to support my entire upper right side. This body pillow was truly a NECESSITY!!!

I've been using this body pillow for roughly 2 weeks now, and while it has some good qualities, it didn't provide quite as much support as I was hoping for. The pillow arrived compressed and expanded quickly after opening, but even once it was fully fluffed up, the padding felt fairly thin. Because of that, the pillow stays rather flat and doesn't offer the level of support I typically look for when side sleeping. If you prefer a plush, full body pillow, this one may feel a little under-filled. On the positive side, the fabric is soft and comfortable, and the pillow is lightweight and easy to reposition throughout the night. It also fits well in a standard body pillowcase and seems to be well made. Overall, I'd describe this as an average body pillow. It works fine if you're looking for something lightweight or don't need a lot of cushioning, but if your main goal is firm support for sleeping, you may want a pillow with more filling.

This body pillow is worth the money, it is not over thick I can get my arms around it. I use it to support my knees. Great quality and very comfortable.
