CAUTION - DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY
The second time I locked the door with this cylinder I got locked out, could not open the door. It took half an hour of trying get in. Then I noticed this cylinder does not work properly, it gets stuck in one position easily. If you lock the door with it it may stay locked even if the key will turn. Do not buy! The return window was closed... Disappointing.

Poor quality
I purchased this cylinder in the month of March 2023. By May 15 2023 it’s not working. I am not able to insert the key. I don’t know why Amazon allows such poor quality products to be sold. My previous lock cylinder was Archies which lasted for 8yrs. And I had to buy same again

Totally wrong combination of lock
The media could not be loaded. Thumb lock cylinder with key without a key hole I opens the packed today , as I ordered it when I was out of country if you can replace it

Good Quality Product
The keys are good and the lock is smooth. In addition, multiple pin drills make it difficult to duplicate and hence increased safety. It comes with 5 keys that is an advantage and suffice for the home.
