Very comfortable
Used it now for over a month. Received the product in very good condition. Serving its purpose.

Poor packaging.
Poor packaging. Improve quality of plastic hand rest. It was made by low grade plastic.

HAZARDOUS NOT STURDY AND NOT RETURNABLE
The looks of the product is alright. The chair itself is not sturdy and can not take the weight of 70-80kgs . The rod beneath the mesh on the lower seat bent. You can not recline halfway and stop it goes back all the way which is annoying. The lock system is non existent not sure why the lever is even there.Most importantly this product is not returnable so your stuck with this for the rest of your time. It’s a WASTE OF MONEY !!

Product is fine but not sturdy
Purchased recently and product is not sturdy but given comfort but if cloth tear means no use.

Good Product but not for longer duration
Product is overall good.But you can't lay over more than for 2 hours.It feels very discomfortable when we layover for longer duration

Sturdy and Relax
This is my 2nd purchase of such relax chair but with different brand just after 2yrs of 1st one. It is sturdy and light weight also provides super relaxation posture. Highly recommended.
