There isn’t anything I dislike: if I did it would be how long does it hold its shape, time will tell.likes: the cover is removable to wash, it is like a t-shirt material that is soft. What I like the most is how cool the pillow is, it almost feels like a covered ice pack. Very nice behind my knees. I can see also using as pillow when I have neck pain or headache. Delivered in stated time packaging great.

I am 5’4” and 120lb. I’ve had low back pain and sciatica on and off for many years. I am a tossing and turning kind of sleeper throughout the night due to the pain. I’ve tried a few different kind of memory foam leg pillows with adjustable strap but none of them worked. All of them were either uncomfortable, hot, or wouldn’t stay on my leg. I am really glad I purchased this one. I got the one with cooling cover. It is not hot, but more importantly its smooth and slippery texture makes it so easy to move it around under the blanket so it doesn’t wake you up as you are trying to reposition it. It is very soft and long enough so you can use it no matter what your sleeping positions may be. It has helped my pain a lot. I wake up in the morning feeling so much better since I started to use this pillow. I would strongly recommend it to those with back or hip pains.

This pillow has been wonderful for my sleep. It’s firm enough to keep my legs separated well, and long enough so my ankle don’t knock together - which is why I didn’t ever opt for the tiny knee pillows. I do wish it was a solid rectangle, as I don’t use or need the rounded side. It would be more comfortable if it was a solid rectangle all the way around.

The price was fair, it arrived quickly and most of all….It gives support to my knee and relieves pressure and pain.

I’d been using an old, flat pillow under my knees to protect my low back while sleeping for several years. I’m a hard core back sleeper and I was always waking up with a stiff low back. I figured it was just part of the aging process. Bought this bolster on Prime Day and wow, what a difference. It’s nice and firm, it reminds me of the bolsters massage therapists use under my knees when I get a massage. And no more stiff, achy back when I wake up in the morning.

I ordered the grey pillow without the cooling, I probably should have because it feels a little too warm and the material is itchy. I put a pillowcase over it and it helped a lot. I'd like it to be a little taller but it is nice and light and it helps my back when I sleep if I use it under my knees. Because it's so light I can move it easily from under my knees to between my knees when I turn sideways.

Wish I knew my sleep would improve so much with this pillow. I bought this to prop under my knees when I sleep and noticed it also works well to go between my knees when I sleep on my side. I've been using this for a few weeks and have had less back, hip and shoulder pain.The pillow itself is soft yet firm. Really like the fact the case is washable and it takes up the right amount of space.

Soft and supportive and fits under knees or between them depending on how I’m sleeping.

I like the shape of it, the dimensions are perfect. It's very comfortable and doesn't move around. I've been waking up whitout lower back pain since starting using the pillow. I would highly recommend it.

I've always been a side sleeper until I started getting older. I'm now definitely a back sleeper. I'm sure I still move around through the night (maybe?), but I've noticed that my knees sometimes feel stiff when I first get out of bed. It made me wonder if it could be due to my legs being in a straightened position for such a long period of time, so I started sleeping with a regular pillow under my knees. Amazingly, having a slight bend in my legs through the night eliminated the stiff knees in the morning. However, having a regular pillow under the covers was really making me feel hot - maybe it's the material?Enter this bolster - it works really well for me:- much firmer support than a regular pillow and takes up less room- length is perfect for back sleeping- if I do turn onto my side, also works well between legs to keep my back aligned- 100% less heat generating than using a regular pillowThe product did not have any odor that required off-gassing upon arrival. Even so, I still let it sit for 24 hours before use as it comes compressed (to make it more compact), but fills out as soon as you let it out of its bag.I know there are other, lower priced bolsters in the marketplace, and I'm sure they are all very similar, but make sure you review the length. You may think smaller is better as it will take up less room, but consider your personal comfort. This one is 20.4cm (as advertised), which doesn't force me to sleep with my legs pinned together. Nor is it too long that it jabs my partner. Obviously this depends on your mattress size too. I use this every night and it has definitely solved the stiff knee issue.
