Review: Strongly recommended! - I am 5’4” and 120lb. I’ve had low back pain and sciatica on and off for many years. I am a tossing and turning kind of sleeper throughout the night due to the pain. It is not hot, but more importantly its smooth and slippery texture makes it so easy to move it around under the blanket so it doesn’t wake you up as you are trying to reposition it. It is very soft and long enough so you can use it no matter what your sleeping positions may be. It has helped my pain a lot. This has worked well in providing support under or between legs for sleeping in multiple different positions. Only shortcoming is that it could be a little longer, but works great as is. The removable cover is nice and does have some “cooling” properties as advertised. Once it recovered from being squished significantly in. Shipping container, it fluffed up to a nice firm form and retains that during use.
