Good fun works great
I’m am sure most of you will be in the same boat just now. It’s summer holidays and we haven’t had a day of sun for weeks. But it was time to get this out and test it anyway as I’m sure one day we will have a hot day again.This took me minutes to install I didn’t do the best job but it does the job just fine.You get all the bits supplied needed minutes the fan/water and a tap.The current price of £9.99 is absolutely fantastic I’m sure if you purchased all the bits separately it would cost you way more than that.I did see a review that it soaks you, yes you do get quite a heavy mist sprayed at you but you can turn the tap down to slow the rate down.Impressed with the amount of line you get for the tap fitting too.You should note that the parts supplied means you attached it to the tap and not a hose.I hope this helps you with your purchase

Super Soaker!
Bought this to go on a fan that we use on our patio. The pictures show a fine mist being emitted but in reality this is not the case. I stood a good 6ft from the fan and was soaked in a minute! Great if you want a rain forest vibe or wish to mist a greenhouse. I cannot recommend this for the intended purpose at all. Spray heads need to much finer to be of any use.

This does cool the air down
I did find this quite easy to set up on my upright standing fan. I attached this misting kit firstly to the fans grill with the included black cable ties and then attached this 8 meter black water hose to the outside tap I also found this does produce lots of fine mist and with the fan going as well it definitely did cool the air down.

Good to keep cool
This took a few goes to set up on my fan (its a bit battered now) and it works ok but you do get alot of water coming out of it. its great as a sprinkler for the garden. ive tried it out but i wont continue using it as quite concerned about water + electricity mixing. nice idea in theory
