Absolute muck
Bought these some time ago thinking I was getting the same product as I had previously bought. I was not! I don’t know what these are supposed to be but they feel like water-filled sacs. They provide no support and in fact destabilize the wearer when walking.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Insoles with immediate pain relief
After a little trimming, the insoles were in place.The effect was immediate. I could walk in relative comfort, whereas before I was in a lot of pain. Also the pain didn't return through the day as is characteristic with heel spurs.Good product, excellent price.

Comfy but only lasted 2 months before they began to disintegrate. If they are for occasional footwear they should be fine but for me wearing them inside heavy boots for 9 hours they need to be more substantial which is why I bought a pair of Scholl for 3 times the price.

Fit as expected in my trainers but not in my everyday shoes, where the thickness causes the shoe to be too tight across the instep even if I loosen the laces. Combined with the thick soles of my trainers they have provided good cushioning and have helped relieve my plantar fasciitis. However, the insoles have a sort of material covering, which I suppose is to prevent socks from sticking to the silicon insole, and after several weeks this has begun disintegrating.

Cheap and Very nice. Highly recommended.
I suffer from bilateral heel pains for years and walking\being on my feet for long periods is a real pain in the legs (so to speak).. I almost forked out £30 for some liquid gel (massaging) insoles at the recent Ideal Home Show at Olympia. The previous liquid gel insoles I had leaked and were no good after a while but I knew I could get something cheaper on the internet, hence this latest purchase and review. Using these soft solid gel insoles has been quite a welcome relief and I highly recommend them. They are cheap enough to get more for each show I have so that I do not have to switch them from shoe to shoe.
