Giffgaff Multi Sim - Standard, Micro, Nano Sim Card - Unlimited Calls, Texts and Data

Inexpensive, easy to setup and fairly reliable. Sadly signal at home was very variable, sometimes 25mbps and other times less than 2mbps, occasionally unavailable. Travelling about the UK coverage was patchy.Used only as a stop-gap for two months so not able to comment further.

Bought this sim to put in a mobile router. Had a nightmare from the start. (Done this lots of times so I knew there was a problem pretty quickly).I spent 4 hours trying to configure something that was dead and gutted that I'd put £40 on it for data.Needless to say, after contacting customer support at giffgaff I ended up spending hours going round in circles (when they eventually got back to me) and I ended up having to go to the corner shop and buy another SIM card (which worked with minimal configuration as they should).To be fair to giffgaff they refunded my money for the data package I bought (after I complained demanding a refund) and also sent a replacement sim, but I won't go down the giffgaff road again.A lot of people rave saying giffgaff are fab, which is why I thought I'd give them a goand it probably is if you dont get a duff sim. All I know was that they wasted half a day of my life and made me late for work!!

Bought this sim for my son on the understanding that it was pre-loaded with £5 credit. Unfortunately a top-up of £10 is required to activate the sim before a £5 credit is applied to the account

Giff gaff is a good network I like the on line community it’s great help but it’s all ran on line and I don’t like the internet speeds. It’s ran off 02 and the browsing the internet can be slow.

Not a good service at all!
