This basically worked but was inferior to the older piece I replaced.

I was pretty desperate when I bought this because I'd been going on two weeks without a washer and once mine was delivered, I discovered the hose wasn't long enough to reach the drain. Thankfully, Amazon was able to deliver this the next day. It was easy to install. It does leak a bit where it attaches to the washer's hose even though I tried to tighten it. Still, it's just a little bit and the water ends up rolling into the drain, anyway. But maybe something to be aware of if you have good flooring that you don't want damaged. Mine's just concrete so not really a concern.

This hose set comes with two hose clamps. I needed to use the larger of the two for my application, but that clamp does not work. The nice yellow "handle" on this clamp will not turn at all. If I did not already have some other hose clamps here at home, I would not be able to use this hose.This is one of the least expensive versions of this drain hose listed on Amazon, and now I can see why it costs less than the competition.

Functionality was there and it fit great. Easy to install and very durable. Value is there.
