Print bed gets smaller.
it works as advertised, My Anycubic Mono M5s pro it makes the bed a little smaller but not by too much (a few mm each side) This makes the difficult to remove prints a real snap. The minus 1 star is the reduction of print bed size.

Works great
I had the Wham Bam plate previously but they wanted $80 and shipping for the same productI used this flex plate and to be honest immediately got fails. However I then scratched the plate in a hex pattern and then in a circular motion with a normal scraper and it’s worked flawlessly since.Definitely recommend

Wrong size! Is actually 35mm smaller than described.
Advertised as a 229mmx129mm plate actually is a 195mm x129mm doesn't fit Saturn 2 build plates as it leaves 35mm exposed, basically useless if you are printing large items or multiple small items which take up the whole build plate in lychee slicer. Also doesn't have the Chitu logo in the plate as shown in picture. Seems to be a cheap approximation of original licensed plate.

Some Minor Improvements
Do follow the instructions for installation. If you use heat you can shorten the cure time, look up 3M VHB tape cure times vs temperature. If you are using ELEGOO Mercury Plus Wash and Cure machine, then file down the corner tab like in the attached pictures, otherwise it won't sit flat on the cage.So far no failed prints and the magnetic bed is still attached.UPDATE (2 months later)Around 32 prints later the magnetic bed came off. At #31 print I did notice a slight peeling from one edge. Then I switched to Sirayatech glow-in-the-dark and the magnetic bed completely peeled off. I am guessing the glow-in-the-dark resin had a different formulation that ate away at the glue.Luckily I bought two pieces so I am trying again with this product. I am also going to seal the edges with super glue or silicone glue this time and see how that goes.Update (3 months later from first post):I had some failed prints due to low bed adhesion. I solved it by having to sand the plates with 180 grit for 30 seconds in swirlies. Been really nice to use so far.

Follow the instructions. Works great.
Follow the enclosed instructions. Wait the 72 hours or else it will just fall off. Like mine did. The alcohol will affect the adhesive so I wouldn't soak in alcohol as little as possible. As far as functionality, they work great. Don't have to remove the whole build plate to remove the parts. Just peel off the steel plate and bend to loosen the parts. Clean and repeat. If it would stand up to the alcohol I'd give 5 stars.
