The Roborock Flexi Lite Wet and Dry Vacuum cleaner is just what I need for my floors. It's light and easy to use. Before, my back hurt after I mopped my floors. With the Roborock Flexi Lite, I don't need to bend my back and I feel no pain any more.It is easy to install, charge and fill the water tank. The voice will tell me when to charge,when to fill water, when to empty the dirt tank. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow.My kitchen vinyl floor was old and kind of greasy. I put a little bit of Roborock floor cleaner in the water as suggested. The Flexi Lite worked very well with the stains on the floor, clearing away the greasy dirt and juice stains. It was easy to clean the space under the cabinet.It also worked great on our hardwood floor. The wet vacuum cleans better than the dry vacuum and doesn’t harm the hardwood floor. Overall I’m very happy with this product.

I am in love with my Roborock Flexi Lite floor cleaner. Easy to assemble, understandable quick start instructions and manual, simple to operate (audible directives), self-propelled so no back strain, and a good clean. Tanks are easy to remove and replace. The mop roller self-clean and dry feature works very well - no sour damp mop smell in my utility room. Did a good job vacuuming up my dog's long hair. I was able to clean 2,020 sq.ft. of vinyl floor in "Auto" mode on 100% charge. Excellent customer service. I contacted the seller (Roborock Technoloy) with a question; they replied promptly and to my satisfaction.

I was so excited to get this wet vac mop after someone had recommended it to me. The very first time I used it, I noticed it was leaving a lot of streaks. I decided to check both tanks to see how full\empty they were. I was shocked to see that the dirty tank had literally one drop of water in it and tons of moist pet hair and crumbs.. Super strange. I started to clean the filter and saw a clump of pet hair clogging the filter that didn’t make it into the dirty tank (I vacuumed the house the night before). I cleaned that out and decided to try it again. I noticed it was still leaving streaks after the floors dried.. I check the tanks again. This time I had about 10% of the dirty tank full of dirty water, along with pet hair. In my opinion, for cleaning the whole house I’d expect more water in the dirty tank than that. It started to run out of batteries by that point (about 25 minutes of use). I put it on the charging dock and pushed the self clean button. When it notified me to dump out the dirty tank water after the self cleaning, the dirty tank was about half full, and more pet hair. I am not at all impressed with this first time use of using this vacuum. My floors are streaky/dirty looking after using the wet vac twice. One good thing I could say about this vacuum is it picks up crumbs very well. I’m pretty disappointed with this purchase and I’m not sure if it will work for our house… I’m going to try cleaning with it one more time after it charges up again, but my gut is telling me I should return it. It’s not what I expected at all. What a huge bummer!! 😢UPDATE: Cleaned my floors a third time and still have a streaky result with hardly any dirty water in the dirty tank. I’m definitely returning this. Huge disappointment and waist of time and money. DONT BUY THIS!

This product is confusing from a 'who is it for' perspective. It works very well to clean up fresh, mostly wet, messes (think - bowl of spaghetti and red sauce falls on the floor and goes everywhere), but then you have to clean the machine out so it doesn't get nasty, and that cleaning takes basically the same amount of time as it would have to collect the noodles with a paper towel and wipe the floor with some cleaning spray. So cleaning up a mess is about the same effort with this or without it. It also requires new filters (which are costly, even 3rd party) and rollers, plus regular cleaning of the charging stand due to light leakage of sludge water while self-cleaning - which just runs a bit of water through the system to freshen up the roller and pipes before drying with air flow. I would not use this for regular vacuuming as it mixes the dry items in with the wet and makes a not so nice slurry out of it. I also wouldn't use this as a regular mop because the scrubbing action just isn't that strong and it doesn't get much dried-on dirt off of our floors unless I leave it on a spot for a good amount of time.So who is this really for? I think this is for those who deal with very frequent messes where towels just might become more costly and the dirty tank could be emptied at the end of the day after a handful of clean up events; other than that, it is easier and more pleasant to clean up the old fashion way.

If I could give this vacuum more stars, I would. I’ve used vacuum mops in the past that I had to clean after every use and left my floors streaky. The Flexi Lite leaves no streaks, self cleans, and is so light and quiet that I can use it during my toddler’s nap. On top of that, it’s cordless and cuts my cleaning time in half. I am obsessed with this vacuum and will recommend to everyone! Worth every penny.
