Simple DIY A/C Maintenance
Did you know that, the A/C drain pipe in your home often holds sheetrock residuals, dust particles,etc. Over time, It adds to other gook in the pvc drain pipe and eventually prevents proper water drainage. It cost me $90 to fix the problem professionally. DYI, Clorox bleach does the trick. The odor is pleasant and the cost of the bleach is reasonable. It cost me $90 to professionally solve the problem. Save yourself some money. Be proactive.
