So, I got these for some "personal" reasons and not for the intended reasons. The restraints work well, I like that there is a quick release buckle and that padding is everywhere so it really doesn't leave marks. It's not the cutest pair of restraints but it does the job and I like that it is super padded. I can pull at them and when put on right, they don't hurt or leave marks.

These hand and ankle restraints are theoretically intended as "hospital restraints for the elderly". The restraints have wide and thick padding to wrap each wrist/ankle and a wide 1.5" nylon strap joined with a nylon quick-release buckle. The strap is designed to loop around the wrists/ankles and hold them together.The restraints aren't usable right out of the package. On mine I had to remove the buckles and thread the straps through the loops to make them useable.They are comfortable to wear and are effective at securing the feet but when placed on the wrists they can't be tightened enough to prevent a determined "patient" from pulling their hand through and releasing themselves.
