Easy, no set up, and it works!
Very happy. I highly recommend it for POE network cameras going to a NVR. No set up, no settings - it just works. If you are a novice and not an IT pro, this is for you. If for some reason you need a high level of settings control, I would not recommend this device. Note that the power entry is a standard IEC (computer) power cord, not a power pack (I don't like dangling power packs). It also came with 19" rack ears.

Customer Service
I ordered the IPCamPower POE to run the security cameras I was installing. I received it within several days of my order and once installed it was up and running. I ran into an issue the third week in when my cameras went offline. After spending several hours trying to troubleshoot the system, we determined that one of the uplink ports went bad. We moved our connection to another uplink port, and we were back up and running.Since it was a Sunday I sent an email to IPCam about my issue. First thing Monday morning I was contacted by email, and they asked me to try several things before determining if the unit had gone bad. After following their instructions and emailing the results back to them, they determined that the unit should be replaced. I received email notification that same day that a new unit was ordered and on the way to me.I have to say that is customer service. Every company should respond that quickly.

Security camera POE switch at a good price
Looks good with brackets for rack mounting.Used with non POE cameras by adding a 48v to 12v splitter at the camera.

Does not allow for (proper) link aggregation.
Attempted to use both Gigabit ports for cameras so I had additional bandwidth; which did not work at all.Got a lot of collisions and dropped camera connections, and it forced me to switch back to one Gigabit port.Would have been perfect, but since the Gigabit interface seems to not be designed for LAGG, it is heavily bottlenecked. Would recommend buying a used Cisco switch or an extreme networks K6 chassis. Those go for cheap (on ebay) and have 10G uplinks, but I'd recommend Cisco if you didn't want over 4U occupied by a single switch.

Cheap switch, poor quality control
Should of read reviews before buying. Got a great price on an open box never used 24 port switch. 9 out of 24 ports are dead. Avoid at all cost! You might do better buying a used business class poe switch from a well known brand.
