One of the 3 did not work right
I generally don't have problems with filters, but one of them did not work properly. The other ones were fine.

Replacements work well
Our first batch didn't seem to filter out all the chlorine and other tastes in city water and were VERY slow in filtering the water in our tank. The company sent us a new batch and these work MUCH better. They're very responsive to customer concerns. HIghly rated.
