Got this for my brother in law who is blind. we have had these before and find them very good . The sound of the speech is a bit low and they can be a pain to set up . If it doesn't set itself up straight away just leave it on a window ledge for 24 hours. A upstairs window might be better.

Looked a lovely watch but didn’t work when it arrived
The watch was for a birthday present, it appeared a lovely watch but it didn’t work, only after further reading it said batteries may not work on arrival, unfortunately I did not have the time to rectify this before my friends birthday and had to order an alternative watch.

nice
Great buy well worth the price, the only trouble I had was setting the watch, as the voice did not read the menu's.So if you are blind you will need sighted help. The expanding wrist strap is great, I have hairy arms and had no trouble with this strap.

Not worth the effort
Very disappointed in this company. I purchased a talking watch for my elderly grandfather 7 years ago and it was a fantastic help. Of course, I ordered another one for my elderly sight impaired father. The watch I ordered was the incorrect one and I had to pay for shipping to send back the the replacement was sent out incorrect also. The watch was very difficult to setup and it took days for the signal to update the atomic watch. Instructions are pitiful and their website is even worse. I will look elsewhere next time.

Perfect watch for anyone with sight deficiencies.
Great product and my brother-in-law, who has macular eye degeneration, absolutely loves it. He has regained some of his independence just by knowing what time of day it is.

Bought for my father in law who has alzheimers and can no longer read the time. He has managed to use the watch and we now listen to the time every 15 mins or so, hopefully the novelty will wear off!

Brilliant but do be aware tricky to reset - hold onto your instructions
Tricky to change the battery and reset but send it back to the company and they will change the battery, reset and send back to you for about £10+/- Mum is blind and cant live without it.
