Tap Material is Metal But tha Top Part which we use for open n Close Is Plastic i bought this for Wasing Machine Purpose so woked in my case bcz m not going to Use it Daily or Continue use but i don't think this will last long in Daily use also i shared a picture of tap with screwdriver so u can get an idea of Size..Evn I used a Extension part which i bought from local market to fit it u can't fit it directly if there's Tiles on Wall. U'll meed a Extension part.
