Guarantee Tips – 5 year guarantee We pride ourselves in the quality of our trees, all branches have been hand wrapped to make sure that the trees do not lose tips on a regular basis. We will replace any tree that has lost more than 3% of its tips. You will lose some tips when you first assemble your Best Artificial Christmas Tree as the manufacturing process trim some of the tips and branches and often they can be left loosely attached to the tree. You should give your tree a good shake in the first year so you can see how many tips may be lost in future years. Tree stands – 5 year guarantee Any tree stand that breaks or twists will be replaced within this period. Branches – 5 year guarantee All our branches are fastened to the trunk of the tree using a manual steel rivet, if any branches should detach then we will send out a replacement rivet that can secure the branch with just a squeeze of the pliers. Snapped branches can only happen as the result of negligence or during transit so these are only covered for 12 months. Exceptions – Rust We will not cover any rust that occurs as this depends on where the tree is stored rather than a defect during manufacturing.

Very disappointing. Would no longer recommend!!
Very disappointed. I had previously ordered this item and was extremely happy with my tree. It is perfect, very realistic. I finally persuaded my mum after seeing mine to also purchase one so went into my previous orders and clicked order item again expecting to recieve same tree. The tree my poor mum has recieved is not at all simular. It is higher off the ground before braches start and the branches are mainly covered in the cheap papery looking needle effect. Only the final 5 tips are the realistic plastic effect she had hoped for. Extremely poor quality. Seen trees simular in shops for £30-£40.

Fantastic service
I have peaked in the box and I can hardly wait to put the tree up, it's just too soon before Christmas. I have also purchased some pine oil and a diffuser as a recent review advised, then the tree will smell real as well as look it. It really does look fantastic, albeit still in its box.The service and delivery were exceptional I got a reminder text on the day which advised me when my delivery would be to an hour! If only all companies could do the same. The text also gave me option such as rearranging to two other days or if I wanted the delivery driver to leave with a neighbour. Fantastic service. Special praise for DPD Ireland for delivery and to Best Artificial for the quick service. Excellent

Never seen a artificial tree like this!
Tree arrived earlier than expected! I've had it out of the box and it looks so real. I've never seen an artificial tree like this one! Delighted with product!

My First Artificial Tree
Absolutely fantastic Have always had real trees before !! Everyone that saw this artificial tree believed it to be real. Only when touched you can tell the difference. Slight smell to it that is easily overcome by some Pine infusion reeds placed near by. So easy to put up & take down.

Do not buy this tree
Absolutely rubbish - been wanting a tree for some time we decided in the 6ft tree. It's under 6ft the branches are rubbish and are poor quality not LUXURY in any way.

I have seen far less realistic Christmas costing more this one. It appears to be of a quality that will last us for a few years

Realistic
Ordered it in error as thought it was pre lit and it wasn't, was going to return it but after putting it up (45mins) it is beautiful so glad I tried it. Everyone has said how amazing it looks.
