SulwhasooPerfecting Cushion

I have been looking for a new light foundation since Giorgio Armani stopped making Luminescence. Most foundations are too heavy. Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion is just what I need - it offers light coverage and the Ivory Pink is a nice blend able color for my light complexion. What a great purchase! It comes with one refill as well.

My new favorite makeup! Love the built in spf! Easy to apply? Goes on smooth and even for flawless skin. Medium coverage.

Product lacks shade range...application is difficult due to the puff.sticky texture...puff is below average Comparatively speaking, Tir Tir puff applicator is higher quality.

To be honest, when I ordered this, I thought it was a powdered foundation. I had never heard of 'Cushion Foundation' and that it is actually a liquid foundation in a compact with a 'cushion' that holds the foundation. It also includes a buff for applying the foundation.This order included a refill. I have been using for just a week, so do not know how long I can expect it to last.Coverage can be built from light coverage to heavier coverage if needed to cover blemishes and flaws.I am 64 with fine wrinkles. This foundation does settle into the creases and needed some smoothing out.My skin also has a tacky feel to it after applying the foundation. (it has been about 20 minutes since I applied it, and it still feels tacky. I did not apply what I would consider to be a heavy amount of foundation) I did not use a finishing powder.The first day that I wore it, I could still feel it that evening when I got into the shower, and wondered if it would wash off. It did, with no issues. (I use a mild facial wash)It does last all day, even when doing a light workout with some perspiring.My skin has had no adverse affects from this foundation.I ordered 21 Natural Pink. I live in the Pacific Northwest and am light complected, but not pale.I will probably go back to my previous foundation. I don't like feeling like there is something on my skin, and I definitely aware of this foundation. I prefer a cleaner feel.

I love this product and review it after using it for two weeks. I do minimal makeup, so this product is a right fit for someone who does minimal makeup. It doesn't leave with white batches. Instead, it moistens our skin even after applying.

This color is too pale for me to use as foundation, but I use it as highlighter and it is perfect. Blends easily and applies easily.
