These aren't my first choice of multivitamins, but they're a solid option for those who prefer to take their multivitamins in gummy form, want a vegan option, and don't mind some added sugar. They definitely taste good - fruity but not overly sweet, and no sugar on the exterior like some kid's gummies. They don't have as high a concentration of vitamins as I prefer, but they still have a good variety, and it will at least help with health. This is one month's supply of taking 2 a day. I do like that they don't have any allergens.

These are really tangy.Almost too tangy.I would like to know how much added sugar is in this product, but the amount isn't listed on the bottle.It's definitely listed in the other ingredients, but not the amounts.
