Help keep nosey neighbours & UV rays at bay with this privacy film
I live in a block of flats on the second floor, and we have some nosey neighbours that were staring into my living room, so when looking for solutions, I came across this private window film, and I am beyond impressed. I was unsure of the efficiency until one of the house owners stated that they missed being able to see into my living room! The film is strong and thick; it is definitely built to last. I was very impressed with the quality. I found the installation to be incredibly easy and quick. It is important that you follow the instructions, especially when cleaning the window prior to installation, as this helps the film stick firmly in place. It was even easy to get the annoying bubbles out! I have removed and reinstalled the film five times to see if this would affect the privacy film's ability to restick, but each time I was able to easily install the film again, and it stuck just as well as the first time.I think the price is fantastic for such a superior and high-quality privacy film. I've purchased additional film to cover all the windows in the flat to ensure privacy and also assist with blocking some of the UV rays in the summer.

Good
The media could not be loaded. Works well, but not as mirrored as I expected and you can still see through it quite easily.

Disappointingly Predictable: Reflective Window Film Review
Hi,As always ,here's a detailed and unpaid but fully comprehensive review of an Amazon e-commerce ASIN product. This review is based solely on my own product experience and expertise. My professional input is grounded in not maintaining an active Amazon account for performing unpaid reviews, but rather to deliver sound and high-quality reviews to help others with their ordering needs at all times! My recent experience with the Reflective Window Film Privacy One Way was disappointingly predictable, falling short of expectations in terms of both effectiveness and value, as anticipated. The product's description touts its capabilities, including daytime privacy, heat control, and UV blocking. However, it became evident upon application testing that these claims were more aspirational than factual in real life scenario clash testing output results . The film's light-duty nature rendered its effectiveness questionable from the start. While the film does provide some degree of daytime privacy and minimal heat control, it fails to deliver on these promises to a satisfactory level. The reflective properties are lackluster, offering only marginal privacy, and the heat control is barely noticeable, leaving much to be desired in terms of indoor comfort. Moreover, considering the product's price point of 11+GBP, the lack of effectiveness is especially disappointing. For such a light-duty solution, one would expect a more affordable price tag, making the film's value proposition even more dubious. In conclusion, the Reflective Window Film Privacy One Way's underwhelming performance comes as no surprise given its light-duty nature and price point. While it attempts to offer benefits such as daytime privacy and heat control, its effectiveness falls short of expectations, making it a poor investment for those seeking meaningful results. I would caution prospective buyers against expecting too much from this product and advise exploring alternative options for window treatments that offer better performance and value.

Decent thin but high quality Vinyl for the price.
Decent thin but high quality Vinyl for the price. This as a frosted vinyl is extremely thin but high quality for what it is intended to do, it does diffuse the area behind it fairly well visually so at least this aspect stands up, with this being a non adhesive vinyl it is only held in place by static pressure, if placed in a bathroom say a shower glass panel you will need to place this on the outside, should water make its way between the glass and the vinyl then it will work its way loose so do make sure it is applied correctly. My pet hate with these kinds of materials is the widths although it clearly lists the width they are never wide enough to do a job in one piece so you can be left with join lines where you have had to match them in panels so something to consider. For the price though at just under £10 this is priced competitively against the rest of the market so is good value

Peel and stick - the sticky side of life
I always have this lofty expectation that not only will window film change everything but that I’ll be jumping for joy to install it but it’s never the case. This frosted film is ok I mean it is thin but it does cover blown windows which will not be getting replaced for now. I think you need to make sure you have a tool to get the bubbles out straight away. You can diy one with something like the edge of a plastic item or card but it’s easier if you’re prepared. I think videos can help too I’ve watched so many installations. It looks to be scratch resistant and I do like the appearance. I’m probably never going to be the person to say it’s easy to install because it can be tricky just needs time, balance and patience which I think everyone in the country will agree is in short supply.£9.99 is a good price.

Effective frosted window film
I installed this yesterday to replace a patterned glazing film on my shed which I wasn't keen on.Once installed the film looks great, however, I have deducted a star in my rating as it took around 20 minutes to remove the backing to apply the film. The film comes on a roll with good instructions (I used an old credit card rather than a squeegee) and it worked fine for the install. I struggled to remove the blisters/blebs but I think this was down to the flex in the plastic shed window, it would be much easier on glass.Happy with this, other than the removal of the film on the back, I am sure this was more difficult as the film is quite thin. Once installed it looks great.
