Stopped working within 2 months and horrible customer service
One day I plugged it for charging, suddenly saw the light went off. It never turned on again. Called the customer care, they told me to send email with a problem description video and invoice. I sent many times and they give same reply everytime: "please contact the customer care". I am like: what do you mean, I sent the mail to customer care only. I don't know when they will process my refund finally.But I must say... till the defect was found, it was functioning very nicely with great sound quality, long battery time.Edit: Finally after more than a month, they processed me the refund as a amazon gift card.

Nice sound But click touch is not working properly

Quality and design is average. And sound quality is good but bass is not good

Worth every penny
I didn't expect this much quality between 550 price range. Meterial, battery performance and overall performance is high. Don't have high bass, but it's enough to engage music. Weight is really nice. Value for money package. The earbuds are somewhat small according to mu ears.

Not working after 2 months...
Bought this product in May-2024 and now finding that no sound is heard in both sides of ear-phone. The support from the retailer Appario too has been very shabby and pathetic. Inspite of clearly explaining the issue, sending the product-invoice as the proof of purchase, the video (with logo clearly visible as suggested) and the screenshot, they keep on insisting me to send the video. I'm not sure what their intention is. If they truly want to service the customers, this is definitely not the way. I'm still awaiting for their response to my mails!

Unbeatable Comfort and Sound Quality!
I can't say enough good things about this neckband! The comfort level is off the charts – it's like wearing a cloud around my neck. And the sound quality? Absolutely phenomenal. Crystal-clear highs, rich mids, and deep, punchy bass. Plus, the battery life is impressive. This is hands down the best neckband I've ever owned!

Very Low Range
Worst product with no range at all. If even small obstacle like shirt comes inbetween then it stops working. You can't keep phone and walk away even for 3 meters. Sound quality, charging and battery is fine. Quality of band is satisfactory. Better to go with wired earphones at this price. I bought it just because i wanted an extra earphone for outdoor if my other earbud ran out of battery but this was not what i wanted.
