The opaque color helps to protect vitamins from light. You can also place mini icepacks in the little grey containers to keep vitamins from getting too hot and sticking together whilst traveling in hot weather. The compartments close securely and you don't have to worry about anything falling out. Except the top part with the Handle seems to come off more easily if the containers get shaked around too much. Maybe it's just the one I got, but I wouldn't feel confident hanging this on my bike by the handle.

The top lid and layers that close with a quarter turn aren’t very secure. A few times this has come apart and the pills ended up floating around in my bag. Luckily, the gray layers screw to the compartment that holds the powder. Each compartment is big enough to hold two scoops of protein powder. Like the overall design. Just wish the quarter turn sections locked better

Unfortunately not the size I was looking for. I keep breaking the handles of the cyclone shaker bottles so I bought three of these to have backups. Didn't realize thus is only meant to hold supplements or pills, instead of liquids and is therefore much too small

Love this, fits easily in my backpack with my rechargeable blender. The one and only issue is the top lid is a little loose and doesn't lock in place as securely as the rest.
