Similar to original cartridge for an old Montblanc pen, but not exactly the same
I have a really old Montblanc ballpoint pen. These cartridges are close to the original cartridge, which I can no longer find. However, there are subtle differences. The length of the layers are slightly off. At first I thought the cartridge didn’t fit, but I the cartridge was slightly caught on the spring or whatever is in the lower barrel. Once I gently re-seated the cartridge, it works in the pen. I can’t comment on how long the cartridge will last, but the writing is smooth. The ink doesn’t smear. Assuming they have a reasonable life, these cartridges are a bargain. You pays your money and takes your chances, as they say. At least I can use my pen again.

Fits perfectly and writes extremely smooth.
These refills may not be OEM replacements, but the only difference is you’re paying a lot less. The quality is amazing and the price is worlds better! Great refill!

Cheaper by the half dozen
First I ordered two original Monte Blanc cartridges for over $24. They arrived crushed! I returned them and decided to order these six for around $13. A bargain and should last the rest of my life. I’m 77 and don’t sign that many checks.🤣

Not compatible with Montblanc Meisterstuck
I ordered this pack of replacement ink cartridges for my Montblanc Meisterstuck Classique, but they were not compatible with my pen. The first attached photo shows the original ink cartridge that was already in my pen beside one from Jaymo. The wider bit of the shank behind the tip prevented it from fitting into the end of the pen, leaving it unable to close, let alone write. Also attaching a photo of my pen to show the exact model.

Good value replacements
These are very good replacements. A fraction of the price of the original. The ink is quite a dark blue, well suited for professional purposes.
