After reading the reviews and watching the videos I decided that it was worth a punt - the fact that it is sold through a UK importer rather than directly from China also made me more comfortable about dealing with any problems. To start with the bad, the first transport I ordered stopped recognising CDs within the first couple of days, so I repackaged it and returned it to desertcart, but that can happen with anything and I got a refund no problem. The second example has been great. I have it feeding an RME ADI-2 DAC over coax cable (remember that this has no analogue outputs, so you require a DAC or digital inputs into your amp). It is proving to be a first rate digital source. The sound is excellent, far better than the raspberry pi-based streamer I use, giving a greater sense of scale and soundstage. There is a real feeling of depth to the music as well, with different sounds placed further away or closer to the listener. If you're after a good quality CD transport I would recommend considering this.
