My doctor thought I could more easily absorb these than the tablets. They are pretty big.. someone on here said, like 5 nickels. That's probably accurate. I actually called Life Extension and spoke to an exceptionally knowledgeable person who said my idea for just chewing them wasn't a good one. HA! They're pretty tasty.

Fast postage and good value. These don’t seem to be readily available in Australia, so it’s great that Amazon sell them. After taking anti inflammatories for years and now bruise like a peach, I am trying these to see if it makes a difference. Too early to say yet.

Update: Never buy vitamins from Amazon Global. They are not refundable. Turns out the bottle I received was defective and Amazon Australia required me to write the date on a piece of paper and put the item against it. Take a photo all in one picture "the ransom note" and send it in. I cannot see the point of this when photos are meta data time stamped and it's the manufacturing date that should be of concern.I'm happy to take a normal photo of the product and to return it, but Amazon are treating it like contraband.I tried to escalate this to the Amazon Executive Service, but I received the same obstinate reply back.This is the first time that I have received bad service from Amazon. I will be purchasing from iHerb instead.******Great to see this brand in Amazon. I take the Life Extensions K with D and sea iodine. I purchased the Super K for a relative with osteoporosis and cholesterol issues.
