These were white. I believe you can specify other colors, but our choice was white and that was what we got.

Is the material stretchy? I just want plain cotton underwear no stretch.

It should not have a stretch to it. It should feel stiff kinda like a Gildan t-shirt but that's the structure of the brief style and will hold all your goods inside. It should be 100% cotton.
