I purchased both the physical copy and audiobook for when I wanted to continue “reading” in the dark. This book truly was everything summed into one book.

There's a lot of information on how to start your nonprofit business. Very helpful.

I’m still going through this book, but I had to write my review now. I just couldn’t wait.When you see a “Quick Start Guide” that is a spiral bound book, you think it will be just the bare bones “only what you need to know”. I suppose you can skim it… but let me tell you, this book is PACKED with helpful information. In fact, I don’t really see this as a quick start guide. This is a rather complete book on the subject on its own.But it gets even better. What you don’t know until you get this is that there are links to lots of videos too where the author goes into more depth. Basically, this is practically a course in itself!If you’re thinking about starting an LLC, grab this! I do admit that the price is high, especially for a spiral bound. But you really are getting so much more than just the book itself. (Because of the price, I am deducting a half star - this is a 4.5 out of 5 rating... that rounds up to 5 on Amazon.) Very happy with this.Great stuff!

I really like the spiral-bound choice for this book since it lays flat among a likely cluttered array of things of research on a desk. Its information about LLCs is concise, well-organized and easy to comprehend.

Really good book .Answered some questions I needed do recommend.

Overall, this is an OK guide to entity formation. You get the basic info that you should have. However, it also spends very cursory time in a number of other areas in what looks like an attempt to fill space or a word count for the book. Those other areas aren’t well fleshed out and are no more helpful than any blog on the subject you would find for free on the internet.I don’t think I would buy this book haven’t read through it now. There are better options out there for other well known publishers of DIY legal books.

I've been reading the this book and I'm almost halfway through it. I really like how direct and concise the instructions are. The book makes it easy to understand the steps for setting up an LLC without using too many complicated words or unnecessary details. It’s very digestible, and the author sticks to the point, which is great for beginners like me who are just learning about this stuff.So far, everything I've read has been clear and to the point. The guide lays out everything you need to know about forming an LLC, understanding how taxes work, and how to protect your personal assets in simple terms. This makes it a lot easier to follow along and not get overwhelmed.I will update this review if anything changes as I read more, but for now, I'm pleased with how helpful this book has been. It’s definitely a good resource for anyone new to LLCs and wanting to get started without getting bogged down by too much information.
