Very good service provided

I ordered this product online but myJawbone needed a smaller power source. I ordered incorrectly!This seller firstly sent me an additional piece to solve the problem and when that didn't work, I sent them back the item and they sent the correct power supply adaptor straight away.Delighted with the service.

Dont buy this product!!!!

This is advertised to work with Jawbone, but is simply a power adaptor with the wrong voltage!!! Jawbone requires 14.5 V and this is only 14 volts and does not work. Contacted the supplier who would refund me, but with the time and effort and postage cost to return I opted not to return the product.This could NOT have been tested with a Big Jambox Speaker and, in my opinion is a misleading product!!!!
