I used the TaylorMade supplied torque wrench to tighten the screw. I expect that the seller will replace the screw as the adapter in now permanently attached to my new Matrix Shaft. If that happens I will update this review.REVIEW UPDATE. Within 24 hours of my posting the above the Seller contacted me and already had a replacement on its way to me. I guess anyone can get a defective part now and again, but the excellent customer service that this seller demonstrated has earned them my repeat business. I will do business with them again and recommend them to my golf buddies as well.
