SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!I am writing this because this is the only way I can say how flabbergasted I am that you would be selling a product that does not state that it is without technical support from the company.I purchased this remote to replace the previous Logitech remote that I have been happy with for many many years. The reason I wanted to purchase a new one was that I had gotten on your TV and receiver and needed to sync it all with my cable as was the case with my old items.I need to return this and get a refund because I had a professional come and install this and try to seek support from Logitech on multiple occasions and it does not exist. This item has been just discontinued and Logitech does not supply any support to this product.All of this took more time than the window for the need to return, this item for a refund was even known. In addition to the cost of the item, I have also paid the professional quite a bit of money to find out it doesn’t work.

we have samsung OLED tvs in three rooms. this system give a wonderful continuity of the remotes. we love them. the size is perfect to hold in my hands.

It works exactly as intended. I am concerned with the fact almost all the essential controls are on the display part instead of through the physical buttons (for example the numbers to change to a channel). Works great. Hopefully Logitech continues to support it so the remotes keep working!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this remote as an upgrade to an existing Logitech remote I have been using since 2016. This remote came with the hub (I really don’t need it at this point), but it was super easy to setup, add components and modify actions. I’m really happy with it once I found the right placement for the hub so it was more consistent to get the activity to work on first try.

My experience with this device was heartbreaking. I purchased this to replace an older harmony remote which I've worn out.The remote requires a desktop or mobile device for configuration. The android software was outdated and would not install on my phone. I have a Chromebook and there is no software for Chromebook. My work desktop is an iMac running Sequoia and the desktop software was outdated for the iMac as well. Perhaps this will work on a Win machine or an iPhone. I called support and the lady there was very helpful, but the software available for my devices was outdated so I had to return the unit.Sad, but if the company can't keep their software up to date I can't configure it. Also, if the software is outdated, I'm afraid it will leave my phone insecure.

Replacement for older unit - especially when you have the app the programming of the new unit is just copying in the app. Will order an additional unit as spare as LOGITECH stopped making them.
