Fairs Pretty Well in Torrential Rain!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this tent without any other reviews on it, so it was a bit of an unknown, but I have no regrets…Pros: It’s very roomy, has good ventilation (it never felt stuffy or had any condensation), and most important of all, it kept us dry in an absolute deluge of rain and wind which last 12 hours solid. It did start to seep water through and the far edges of all 4 corners, but I honestly don’t think ANY tent would have been 100% waterproof with the amount of rain we endured. It’s the driest tent I’ve ever had, and that includes the big brand named ones. It has one large open plan area (no separate compartments) but that works for us. The centre is high enough to stand up in to get dressed without bending, and for 2 of us, it was more than big enough for a king size air bed, a table and 2 chairs, double ring burner, cool box, all our other camping equipment and all our belongings. Even with all that, you weren’t tripping up over anything. It has 2 “windows” (fine mesh) which provide extra ventilation, and another on the door, so it’s bright and airy inside.Cons: The assembly instructions are absolutely useless! Literally 5 or 6 basic diagrams, but lots of key information not shown at all in the instructions. It says it takes 2 people 30 minutes, but it took 2 of us an hours. Now we’ve done it once, it’ll probably be 30 minutes next time. Also the tent pegs are quite short and not particularly strong so you might want to get some more longer ones and to have some spares. As mentioned above, a tiny bit of leaking through the seams at all 4 corners, but to be fair, this was during 12 hours of torrential rain and winds. Once you know, you can just move your belongings out of the corners with it being fully open plan. Also it isn’t a “blackout” tent so when the sun’s up, you’re up. We don’t mind this, but if you’re looking for pitch black, this might be a problem.

Sleepover Tent
Summer is here and school holidays along with it and so starts the can so and so sleep over and each time we have to limit numbers to four due to size of our living room. But no more we now have party central out in the garden and my daughter and all her friends who have all just completed DOE are all okay with sleeping in a tent (and have the sleeping bags) so that that sorted we have enough air beds to go round so at least no plastic rolls to sleep on.So unusual use case but I know it works and this is just perfect - Easy to put up as no inner skin and all open internally with no separate birth sections, is way better for a group to natter all night long. Will it be okay in the rain? Like it it would get to know - fair weather use only...So simple to put up erm thats it for me job done

Good value tent
I never had that spacious tent before but now I'm happy that I got this one. It's designed to fit up to 6 people in but my small family of 3 also will make the most of it. More space means more comfort and space for your belongings too. Height at nearly 2m is also very beneficial. I can stand up freely, without need to bend my knees or walk inside on the knees. The material is reasonable quality but for this size tent, I expected it to be a bit thicker and stronger. Same with the ground pegs, they should be longer to hold the tent firmly, especially when sometimes get really windy with heavy downpours.I like the blue colour, but remember, it's blue inside too on the sides. Luckily the roof is bright so its more eye friendly. Air vents windows are a must have. There are two, that's enough, I think. This size tent is heavy, like 11kg, it's quite good weight for the size. The assembly is a matter of 30min-1h for first time user, but with practice it can get it done faster. I think the price of ÂŁ119 is suitable for this tent. If I will need to use this tent any time soon, I'll rather pick rain-free days just to avoid any unwanted surprises.
