Doesn’t last at all
As soon as I saw it, I knew this wasn’t going towork well. It has one very tiny reservoir for ice, and the filter is supposed to be frozen as well, but then you put water in the machine and the ice melts relatively quickly so it’s only mildly cold for five minutes. I do not recommend this. it is not worth it.

It's an OK fan but NOT an air conditioner
It's an OK fan but NOT an air conditioner. It's quiet because it's not all that powerful. If you're familiar with the term, it's a swamp cooler. It's a fan that blows air, with the option to freeze the filter and the world's tiniest ice tray that hooks into the bottom of the cooler. The premise of a swamp cooler is a fan that blows slightly cooler air for a short time. The frozen items did not stay frozen for even 5 minutes in 80°F temperatures. The description says it's good for a car; I bought it specifically FOR a car, and I can assure you that it is NOT good for a car. Might be just OK in an office in doors where there is already AC. Definitely not worth the money.

Cools small area, but leaks
Our A/C hit the dust, while waiting for replacement, I ordered a couple of these for the nightstands.It works well, but replacing water to the unit leaks out everywhere.Cooling great.. Leak stuff not so much that's why I give a 3 star.

Works good if it lasts
Stopped working after the first use. I live in a dry area so it worked alright when filled with cool water. I wen to turn it on for the second use and it turns on.. but the moment I press the fan button it turns right off. Will be returning. Don't waste your money!

Stopped working after a month
Return window closed a few days ago and it stopped working. Lasted a month. It felt hot so I unplugged it and now it won't turn on. But thankfully got our house AC fixed now. It held us over until then.

Not worth the money
Bought this because I’m a mail carrier driving around in a vehicle that has no AC, this was just a crummy buy

Leaks and has a buzzing sound on high
I liked the amount of air on high and seems to be cool..BUT it jas a pretty subsyltantial leak and I put the correct amount of water in, and there's a much louder sound like a buzz on high..Will seek a return but will try again with another one, as this may be just a faulty one , and I really would like it to function correctly and will change my review with the next one and how the seller response went .
