Hopeless product. Regret buying.
Wish I could give no star.Hopeless product, hardly been 5 months since we purchased it. Every now and then, stops working. Just the fan works, no cooling. The technician comes and tells there's a gas leak. Again, the same problem Absolutely regretting buying it. Donno is it's all haier products or only this piece that's faultyOn the other hand, O General AC in another room. Beautiful functioning. Room becomes chill within minutes of switching it on. No service required in the last 2 yearsWish I could just return this one and buy another O General.......

Extremely Disappointed –compressure Within a Month & No Response from Brand
I purchased the Hairr AC (1.5 Ton ) less than a month ago, hoping for a reliable and energy-efficient cooling solution. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.Here’s what went wrong:Compressor Stopped Working: Within just 30 days of use, the compressor completely stopped functioning. For a brand-new product, this is unacceptable.No Brand Support: I have tried contacting Hairr customer service multiple times through calls and emails, but there has been no proper response or action taken. They keep delaying or ignoring my complaints.No Technician Visit or Repair: Despite raising a service request since 5 days, no technician has visited my place so far. This kind of post-sales service is highly unprofessional and frustrating.Poor Build Quality & Reliability: I now regret choosing this brand, as it clearly lacks quality assurance and customer care support.Conclusion: I would not recommend this AC or this brand to anyone. It’s better to go with a reputed company that honors warranties and has a responsive customer support team. This was a complete waste of money and peace of mind.
