This book is a must have for financial services professionals that want to grow both personally and professionally. Shawn has created an ACTIONABLE book broken into short chapters that conclude with questions and action steps to help you bring your true business into focus and grow. His examples help stretch your mind and imagination to think big. This is a well-researched book and Shawn and his team are very approachable. When I emailed his office to ask about the effectiveness of direct mail marketing in 2017 they arranged a 20-minute call with Shawn. On our call, Shawn invested his time to understand my business, answered my questions and then gave me a few great tips I am implementing. He didn't have to do that, but he did, and I appreciate that.

Shawn Sparks does an amazing job inside this book showing successful financial advisors how to become legendary - long term and on their own terms. It does a nice job of providing tactics, strategies & most importantly mindset coaching.It's not for everyone though. To really use what's inside someone would have to be serious about becoming great in the financial field. Other books might give better "paint by number" approaches to take someone from startup to moderately successful. But I haven't read anything better for those already successful who want to reach a new level.

Great book for any advisor starting their wealth business. Even an advisor wanting to make more of their current business and grow/strengthen thier business. Insight full and useful in several areas.

So much better than even expected! A wealth of information and great tips and organization! A worthwhile read! Apparently two more words are required .

It's a collection of best practices, sales concepts and industry proven strategies from the most elite financial professionals in the business. Why recreate the wheel when you can learn directly from the best? Shawn does a remarkable job compressing a decade worth of notes, ideas and business strategies into an easy to read and even easier to implement format. Highly recommended!!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked this book up. I was skeptical thinking - "Oh just another one of THOSE books." Well ...I was WRONG. This book is amazing. It discusses real life issues that we as advisors and entrepreneurs have to deal with each and every day and how to overcome those obstacles to optimize your practice. If you've ever had an obstacle in your business that you needed to overcome, or needed help growing your business...... you need to read this book!!

After a decade in the industry I found this book spot on of what it takes to cultivate a successful financial career.
