No microphone on this product
There is no microphone on this ear hook unit. If you require a version with a microphone purchase a CL-9 ear hook.available from AmazonMy CL-9 Ear Hook works very well for me as I only need a single receiver as I only have one working ear and use a Bicross hearing aid system.The CL-9 also appears to combine both Right and Left outputs from my phone to the ear hook.

iPhone compatable? - Yes with an adaptor
I had an initial problem with the device not working with Apple products, which are not listed as compatible, I just assumed it would be. I later discovered Apple products need an adapter. This is the Apple 3.5mmm male to 3.5mm female adapter. With the adapter inbetween the iphone and the ear hook it works like a charm. Very clear sound. Customer support was first rate.

work and clean sound now can hear deep quite noise ie gaming cod hear footstep in few meters for prepare my weapon to them and i use this for my phone for music and other 3.5mm jack

CL hook
This earhook works perfectly well so no complaints....but there used to be one that I found better that did not have the curly bit on the wire. These no longer seem to be available.

VERY flimsy and liable to break
The sound quality is good, but this product is SO flimsy and broke after just 6 weeks. The ear piece just detatched from the wire.

works, and brilliantly.. what more could u want!
I only wear 1 aid with no hearing in my 2nd ear, I hate that I cant wear a normal earphone, so this is a godsend, its discreet and has a clip that keeps it in place so never falls off- costs a lot more from specialist sites for this kind of equipment.. so worth every penny.
