We really like this product, however, it was shipped just in an Amazon bag, when we got the product it had opened up inside, so we were not able to use the product. We did get a refund but this was really a mess when it arrived and took over an hour to contact Amazon and deal with the issue.

This stuff is pretty hot.Pretty hot indeed.But, it is also very flavorful. A lot of hot stuff is hot and just hot, this actually has an amazing flavor to it as well. 1/2 teaspoon in a bowl of rice and tuna (or whatever) and you are good to go. Me and the daughter love this product. Buying two big jars is a great value and ensures you will have it when you need it.I use it for a wide variety of dishes, Asian and otherwise. We have started using it on tacos in place of hot sauce; it is very versatile. A little in some scrambled eggs? Absolutely. On hash browns? Bring it on.If you like the heat, this should be a part of your arsenal.

A lot higher than I pay at my asian market locally but the convenience of having it delivered is sometimes worth it

I love this Chili sauce! About a year ago the entire crop of chiles were wiped out. The product was no longer available at the supermarkets. The only place where this product could be purchased was online. The cost is steep. Supply and Demand. But I paid the price because nothing else can match the flavor or spiciness this product offers. I truly love this stuff. It is the best hot sauce on the market. I hope it will continue to be available, although I know it eventually will not :(

Hot, yes, but a great flavor. Keep a backup in the fridge for those periods when production is interrupted.
