Love the sign that I received, exactly as expected.I thought that by adding a battery pack that the charger would be included, however it was not. I reached out to their customer service and they were very prompt in all responses, and sent an ac adapter for free.Very please overall! Would use again. Thank you!

I'm impressed by this LED neon sign. The sign is made very well. The clear plastic piece that the LED light is attached to is perfectly shaped and is crystal clear. The edges are not sharp at all.The LED light string is attached to the frame piece very well. It's not going to fall off.This sign comes with a power adapter cord. Just plug the light cord into that power cord, plug it into any wall outlet, and you can use the light. The cord from the light to the black power cord is 76 inches long and the black power cord is another 54 inches long - so plenty of cord to hang this sign on the wall and not have the black cord show on the wall. Other similar LED neon signs we have come with a very short USB power cord, so it really limits where you can put the signs. I'm glad this sign is not like that.The light cord has an in-line switch that you use to turn the light ON and OFF, as well as control the brightness level. The highest setting is nice and bright and the lowest setting still provides plenty of light for the sign, while allowing it to be more of a background light. I like that. In my photos, the lowest brightness setting is the photo that looks more yellow. It really isn't a yellow light in person - just definitely not has bright as the highest setting (the other photo).I also really like that the white light is a warm white - not a cool, bluish white light.When the light is turned on, it doesn't get hot so it's safe to use for extended periods of time.The light also came with hardware to hang the sign. There are also four holes in the sign so there are a variety of ways to hang this.The sign was packaged SO well! Wow! The manufacturer really took care to protect this light. Because of how well it was packaged, it would also make an excellent gift.Overall, I am really impressed by this light. It's a fun addition to our home bar. I think the price is very fair for this quality. I highly recommend it!

Love the preview option so you know what exactly you’re getting! So many font and color choices. My kids are obsessed and love that they can control the brightness. Kit comes with two complete hanging options (screw or a chain). Great value for the price.

Great little neon sign for my garage. It is really bright and stands out. My only complaint is that it is not USB-powered like a lot of the other neon signs, but since it is just on my garage well, this is not an especially big deal.

Purchased this in response to a TikTok which showed a discount code. Ordered the 10" inch sized sign for a middle schooler. It's really a nice and very bright when turned on. Glad there is a dimmer switch to adjust the intensity - no matter what the brightness, this will make a nice little night light. Very pleased with this purchase.

I bought one for my daughter for Christmas and I bought one for my son for Valentine’s Day. Now I want one for my room. Absolutely love. Hate that cord that hangs down but I just look past it.
