These are amazing! Far more durable and reliable than the rubber or latex bands. These do not roll or move! I appreciate the included storage bag so I can take them with me! These are much tighter than I expected, but I still like them a lot better than silicone bands that twist and pull at the skin.

These bands are just what my physical therapist uses. I bought my own so I could continue my exercises at home. They are well made. The width is perfect so they don't hurt like latex bands do. I am so glad I ordered them. They have good stretch and fell like they will last a long time. Each band has different resistance. They can with a sheet of suggested exercises. There is no odor and they come with a mesh bag.

Best bands ever! The only thing is is even on the medium they are tough. so they’re a little bit strong, but that’s OK. We can work up to that. they’re sturdy. They don’t roll down your legs. That’s the best thing about them. They stay in place.
