This was very easy to assemble which I liked. This is my first e-bike and it's speed amazes me. I still haven't worked the courage to go full speed, so you can probably tell it's pretty fast. The battery lasts so long, I've riden it for a week approximately 2 hours each day and it still had about half battery left. It's durable, in my opinion and has been so much fun to ride for my 12-year-old. I've also had 10 year Olds ride it and they absolutely love it!

We honestly couldn't be happier with CYCROWN. Our experience has been fantastic. We ordered two CycFree bikes with saddlebags and baskets. Here are a few of my experiences:1. The instructions are EASY to follow, but take your time, don't rush, and start at step 1. Included with the bike is a cool tool kit that has full size wrenches and a multi-ended screw driver to assemble the bike all contained in a nylon zipper pouch (handy to pack with you for road side work if you ever need it). It also came with a tire pump (see the attached images).2. The bikes themselves are extremely well made and do not feel like anything was shorted when designing the frames. The frames have great paint jobs and decal work.3. The disk brakes on the front and rear make them that much more reliable in hilly areas (where we live).4. The brake light flashes when you are braking and is functional as soon as the bike is started. The headlight is really bright and is activated manually on the handlebars. There is also a horn which is fairly loud.5. The seat which came with the bike is a wider cruiser style seat with springs. We chose out of the gate to buy the seats you see NOT because the seats were inadequate, on the contrary they are really good seats, we just saw these and wanted them when building out our bikes.6. As you can see there is also plenty of room for ad-on items. We have our bike locks, cell phone holders, a rear view mirror, and a water bottle holder mounted and usable. (Did I mention we love our bikes???)7. As you can see we have a pup trailer so our dogs can bike with us. Since this is an eBike, the rear axle is NOT a standard size (its larger). So if you have an existing bike trailer, Amazon sells an eBike trailer attachment that will fit to the axle (or you can simply drill out your existing attachment with a drill if you have one).8. Shimano gear shift – 7 speed. I like the one click shifting when I am pedaling. I assume avid cyclists are already familiar but thought I would still shout it out.Lastly – We have already put over 85 miles on our new bikes. Pedal assist is awesome. It allows my wife and I to remain at a constant speed (and thus spacing) as we travel down the road. There are 5 levels of pedal assist. The first starts at 9.5MPH, the second 11.5MPH, and the third at 14.5MPH. We have not gone faster. If we get tired of pedaling you can just turn the inner part of the right handle grip like a traditional motorcycle to “give it throttle” and let the bike do the rest. We love our rides and the performance. I weight roughly 160lbs and am pulling the pup trailer with 30lbs of dog in it. A 14 mile trip which includes quite a few rolling hills and one steep triple switchback hill burns about 15% of my battery. My wife’s battery usually sits about 90% when we get home. This is with us using pedal assist and pedaling maybe 1/2 to 2/3 of the way. So you can see that 55-75 miles is possible if you are willing to work while the bike is.I hope this has been helpful.

I didn't like that the bicycle stopped working. I rode over ten miles away from home, and i had to limp it home restarting it countless times. I tried desperately to get her running smoothly again, tried riding a half mile around my block three times and each time it shut down and didn't want to stay on.And the seller I used?? They won't help!!! All I get from them is generic responses. What is that? Generic responses on a $1,000 purchase?????This is my final step before going to my credit card company. Give me my money back, peruite shop or whatever your name is.

We bought two of these bikes to ride together in our neighborhood, and to take with us on trips as we visit state parks to enjoy the trails. They are comfortable and easy to ride on long distance trails and neighborhoods. Strong battery, and easy to pedal. We are looking forward to taking these bikes to the mountain trails. Excellent for senior citizens who can't pedal uphill easily.

I purchased this bike few weeks ago and have had the opportunity to take it out on several occasions now and I’m loving it. Firstly was the ease of assembly. I was able to complete the assembly with only minimal help from my with using the tool kit included with the bike. The second thing that should be noted is the power that is evident in the bikes motor. Now I’m not a small man but, at over 275lb this bike handle my weight like a champ. The max speed of the bike is 20 mph and ever with my weight it still managed to top out at 19.8 mph. And for me one of the best features is the ability to easily remove the entire battery so you can take it inside to charge. For me that’s a two for one. The ease of charging and the added security of making the bike less desirable to people looking steal it if you have to park it on the street for some reason. I could literally just keep typing the things I liked about this Cycrown Cycfree but I’ll just say in closing ..check out the range on this thing! If you use the pedal assist modes you could easily see 75 mile of range before you need to recharge. All in all I looked through a look of e-bike and this one for overall value made the choice easy for me.

This ebike has the range I was looking for , and on a single charge went further. Great ebike !

Easy to assemble and tools needed are included along with a pump. Seat is very comfortable. Controls are easy to use. This is our first ebike and although I was hesitant about purchasing one I am very pleased with these bikes. Recently took them on a bike ride while camping and they performed great. I would recommend these to anyone looking to purchase one.
