Review: Great ice trays, scoop and bucket! Works Great!! - Purchased the ice tray that has the silicone bottom from another brand and it didn’t work very well, ice cubes got stuck. So purchased this set as the old fashioned twist of the tray and the cubes come out very easy. Don’t have to defrost or run under water, just slightly twist and they pop out into the bucket. One tray works extremely well, but the other takes a little bit of more twisting or turning upside down onto the bucket and pushing it out from the backside. Don’t know why there is a difference between the two trays, but they still work for what I need. I love how I can also make different size cubes by not putting in as much water in each compartment. That way if I don’t need to cool something down as much I don’t need to use the full size cube. The cubes are a good size, not too big and not too small. About an inch on each side depending on how much water you use to fill the compartment. The little scoop is cute and can scoop up the necessary cubes that you need. Overall I am very happy with this set. Been using it for about two months now. The lids fit perfectly and come off easy when needing the cubes, and I like how they stack well with the lids when freezing the ice. Would highly recommend this set. Wish I could buy more trays and lids only to have extra ice frozen, but the bucket only holds about the two tray fulls so guess that’s why it only comes with the two. Either way, very glad that I purchased this set instead of the silicone type. This works much better!

I like how the ice cube trays fit into the rim of the container acting as a lid, just wish the container was a little taller so more than one tray of cubes can be stored at one time, more than that and the 'lid' can't fit without wobbling. I'd love to find a similar set that makes larger cubes too, these are small and melt fast.
